Excellent City Stay Experience

I found the bathroom to be very well appointed. It included two separate sinks and a large rainfall shower. The room also included ample outlets, where needed, for charging devices. i appreciated the availability of two pillows per person. Ordering a taxi was easy with the helpful staff.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could distinctly hear conversations in the adjacent room, made sleeping difficult.

The hotel is close to Skyline Plaza shopping mall. A variety of tasty food court options are available within a few minutes walk. The main train station is also nearby. easy access to public transportation is available.

Breakfast included a variety of food items with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I noticed an excellent selection of pastries and optional items were displayed. A waffle station allowed guests to make fresh waffles. Takeout cups were available for coffee or tea after breakfast.

The staff was very helpful before my arrival with all my questions. The receptionist Ms. Elham was very kind. Check-out was efficient. The staff arranged a taxi for me quickly.

The room was spacious and very clean. Body wash, soap, body lotion, and a hairdryer were provided in the bathroom. Coffee, milk, and sugars were provided in the room. Ironing facilities were also available.

average stay with some issues
uncomfortable sofa bedcrowded breakfast area
the room i had was smaller than expected. the sofa bed was not very comfortable. the breakfast area was very crowded, it made it hard to move around and get what i needed. i expect more space at breakfast. there were lines to even get toast.

thin mattressinconvenient location
I found a significant issue with the room setup. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin that the metal frame cut into my back, this made sleeping very difficult. The location is somewhat inconvenient as well. Walking to the city center took about 20 minutes, requiring us to use public transport.
